Kefka recently received intelligence that Cosmic Friend© Academy had gathered more enthusiasts than he had previously calculated, and there were a number of people who were able to wield the spells at levels where their effects could be objectively observed. In other words, people were using his methods and were actually succeeding in casting spells. Kefka himself had limited success, but his AI informed him his adherents yearned for access to more spells, and more information, such as pertaining to the various celestial entities that enabled the spells. There was an unending mountain of work looming over him, it was not clear how it could be monetized, and there was little time to manage his Eclipse profile.
